I called the vet bright and early this morning to check on Audrey. She was up and whining. And... she did NOT throw up all night long. Still had some stool issues, but she will have those for a while. Let's just say they were at least firmer. Her vet said they gave her a little bit of water this morning, and well, lo and behold, she kept that down. She also kept the meds down they gave her for coccidia! So, that is more good news. Mona (her vet) is going to give her "a little bit" of food this evening and see if she keeps that down. If she keeps everything down and does not throw up for 12 hours she gets to come home!!!!!!!!
I called the breeder to let them know - and they had spoken with their vet in Stillwater. The vet there just did not believe she had parvo, but more than likely just a case of coccidia.
Anyway, for right now, things are most definitely looking good! Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers. Just keep them up until she comes home.
I foresee a blow up air mattress in the living room next to her crate this weekend -- as Queen Bee gets all the attention, love and care she needs (I even bought bio degradable puppy pads, I just thought it would a little cruel to tell her "you will be potty trained" even though you just came home from the dr).
