Okay, this will be short. I do not always have as much time as I would like to be "healthier", but that ends today. They put a gym in our office, so I am going to permanently schedule 2 15 minute breaks (that I have not taken in like 7 years) and I am going to go for a short walk on the treadmill. I brought my workout clothes for after work. On Mondays and Thursdays my parents pick up Emma, so I am going to work out for at least 45 minutes. That just leaves me 3 days of the week to work out on my own. I think the break walking, working out 5 days a week, and really starting to pay attention to what goes in my mouth should help. I just have to loose some weight. Aim not at a happy weight, and I think all suffer because of it. I am not happy, therefore, Emma is not happy. Plus I would not dare be in a bathing suit, which is not good. My goal is that by June to be able to put one on and not think I look like oleo in black bikini. I am going to take her to swim lessons this summer! Maybe I should start another page in this blog that is not public and record everything and when I get to my goal then publish the thing?
On side note, I did get some crafting done this weekend, but I got some weird burst of energy and went on the rampage to clean out Emma's room and all of her toys.
