I hope that your stress, headaches and migraines are strongly reduced now. It is good looking at nature, because it can reduce your pains and stress.

Oh honey, as someone who just watched her spouse go through this exact same thing last month (which ended in a resignation and a return to previous job, in which he is once again completely happy) I really feel for you, and truly wish you all the strength you need to address the job situation. Very best of luck to you -- I am thinking of you.

And Audrey -- wow. Time flies. What a doll! (Emma too, of course -- that girl should be a shampoo model!!!) xo

Hi Beth, Just stopping by and hoping you and Ms Emma are doing well and enjoying Spring. Along with that cute puppy!

Hope your stress has reduced at least a bit by now.

I have honestly found crocheting, knitting, any type of craft done with the hands to be an effective way to draw at least a few brain cells away from pain management. It's crazy. People who don't deal with chronic pain literally have no idea how hard it is to get through a day.

Beth, I struggled with headaches for a while too but once they are under control life will get back to normal. But the job stress...that will take some doing, I'm thinking of you and wishing you a spring full of promise...not just rain!
